AM: Arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Welcome by Exotic Vietnam guides. Guests assisted through immigration, baggage claim, customs clearance and taken out to awaiting air-conditioned coach. Greetings with flowers outside airport terminal. Transfer to hotel. Welcome drink at hotel. Guests shown to their rooms and presented with welcome gifts. Lunch at hotel.

PM: Half day city tour to explore Ho Chi Minh City, known as “the Pearl of the Orient” in French colonial period. Highlights include Reunification Palace (the former Presidential Palace before 1975), Notre Dame Cathedral and the Municipal Post Office. Roaming on a double-decker tour bus offers an amazing bird’s eye view of the city and allows guests to indulge in the chaos of two-wheelers. 

Evening: Embark on a journey of gastronomic moments along the Saigon River. Experience the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City illuminated at night. Savoir an elegant gourmet buffet/ à-la-carte dinner of international fare, accompanied by live music. During the party, guests are welcome to play, dance and sing with the artistes. Return to hotel by air-conditioned coach. O/N in Ho Chi Minh City.

NB: the program of the first day is subject to change according to the time of arrival of guests’ flight at Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Excursion to Mekong Delta, Team Building & Sightseeing

Full day: Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ben Tre, 90km south of Ho Chi Minh City, mainly by highway. Ben Tre is a bustling town in the Mekong Delta with amazing river views, lush orchards and vast rice fields. Highlights are a relaxing bike ride along palm-shaded roads and a cruise on the verdant small creeks of the Mekong River. Guests participate into the challenge to improve team spirit and create cohesion on the tour. Team building activities simulate daily local life such as fishing, coconut picking, honey collection, etc. Delicious lunch of Mekong cuisine is served at a local home. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Evening: Dinner at the Royal Court Restaurant with special interior decoration, service, food and show, where guests will be treated in regal style. O/N in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City, meeting & gala dinner

AM: Breakfast at hotel. Participate in a meeting. A productive meeting room is equipped with all modern facilities upon request and handled by professional meeting management, giving a positive impression on the clients. Recover energy between hours with a varied tea break for networking & relaxation.

PM: Options: guests can spend the day 

  1. Option 1 – Golfing: Challenging a golf game at a golf course, downtown or countryside.
  2. Option 2 – Cooking: Share your passion for Vietnamese cuisine with colleagues through a cooking session or Master Chef challenges.
  3. Option 3 – Sightseeing: About a few dozen kilometers from the centre, you can visit Cu Chi Tunnels, famous for its underground tunnel system.

Evening: Participate in Gala Dinner, and enjoy an extraordinary dining experience with uniquely crafted food and beverages. The elegant decor, soothing lighting, and enchanting ambience are out of the ordinary to surprise and delight guests. Goodbye Ho Chi Minh City

Breakfast at hotel. At leisure or doing last minute shopping in downtown Saigon (time permitting) before check-out. Guests are presented with farewell gifts from Exotic Vietnam. Pick up at hotel and transfer to airport by air-conditioned coach for departure.
