Welcome to Ha Noi

AM: Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Welcome by Exotic Vietnam guides. Guests assisted through immigration, baggage claim, customs clearance and taken out to awaiting air-conditioned coach. Greetings with flowers outside airport terminal. Transfer to hotel. Welcome drink at hotel. Guests shown to their rooms and presented with welcome gifts. Lunch at hotel.

PM: Half day city tour to explore Hanoi, a one-thousand-year-old city which still retains the vestiges of a distant past and offers a tranquil atmosphere with foliage of green tree-lined boulevards, peaceful lakes and solemn pagodas. Highlights include the History Museum, the Temple of Literature, Lake Hoan Kiem, Ngoc Son Temple and a fun pedicab ride around the old quarters. It is a unique way to get lost in Ha Noi while navigating the chaotic traffic with a mix of motorcycles, pedestrians, and cars.

Evening: Transfer to a theater for a water puppet show, a unique art of water rice civilization in the Red River Delta. Cocktails are served on arrival followed by welcome dinner. Dinner with folk music accompaniment at a local restaurant decorated in the style of houses in the old quarters.

NB: the program of the first day is subject to change according to the time of arrival of guests’ flight at Noi Bai Airport.

Excursion to Ha Long Bay,
Team Building & Sightseeing

Full day: Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ha Long, 150km east of Ha Noi, by highways. Ha Long Bay was classified as a World Heritage by UNESCO. Escape into the amazing scenic Ha Long Bay and its 3000 islets, meet the local fishermen and explore mystic caves, adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Guests participate into the challenge to improve team spirit and create cohesion on a beach. With its clear waters and white sands, the beach is a great choice for fun outdoor games. Delicious lunch of Ha Long cuisine is served on board. Return to Ha Noi.

Evening: Cocktails followed by French cuisine dinner by candlelight with a piano recital. O/N in Hanoi.

Ha Noi, meeting & gala dinner

AM: Breakfast at hotel. Participate in a meeting. PM: Options: guests can spend the day

  3. Option 3 – Sightseeing: This excursion combines Mong Phu Village, graced by ancient houses made of red laterite and rammed soil, and Tay Phuong Pagoda, famous for its 79 wooden lacquer statues, with the idyllic surroundings of quaint old villages in the Red River Delta.

Evening: Participate in Gala Dinner, and enjoy an extraordinary dining experience with uniquely crafted food and beverages. The elegant decor, soothing lighting, and enchanting ambience are out of the ordinary to surprise and delight guests. A range of entertainment as live music, captivating performances, talented DJs, etc. are designed to create moments of wonder and joy. O/N in Ha Noi.

Goodbye Hanoi

Breakfast at hotel. At leisure or doing last minute shopping in downtown Hanoi (time permitting) before check-out. Guests are presented with farewell gifts from Exotic Vietnam. Pick up at hotel and transfer to airport by air-conditioned coach for departure.
